We build AI phone assistants for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

1. Scope & Roles

This Policy applies to information we process as a controller for our own website, marketing, support, and account operations. Where we provide AI call agents to our business customers, we generally act as their processor/service provider; in those cases, our processing is governed by our customer agreements and data processing addendum (DPA).

2. Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone, company, role.
  • Commercial & account data: trial status, subscription tier, purchase history, support tickets.
  • Usage & device data: IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer, browser/OS, device identifiers, session recordings, or diagnostics.
  • Communications: emails, form submissions, chat transcripts, and call recordings/voicemails where enabled.
  • Voice/AI interactions: audio streams, transcriptions, and metadata necessary to route and improve calls (subject to your settings and applicable law).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 9.
  • Sensitive data: We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories unless you or our customer intentionally provide them and applicable law permits.

3. Sources

  • Directly from you (forms, emails, calls, chats).
  • Automatically from your device and browser.
  • From customers integrating our Services (as their processor).
  • From service providers and publicly available sources.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Operate AI/voice features (telephony, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLM orchestration).
  • Conduct analytics, quality assurance, and product research.
  • Communicate about updates, security notices, and marketing (with proper consent/opt-out).
  • Comply with law, enforce terms, and defend legal claims.

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

Where applicable, we rely on the following legal bases: contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvement), consent (non-essential cookies/marketing, call recording where required), and legal obligation.

6. Sharing & Disclosures

We share information with:

  • Service providers/processors: hosting, security, analytics, communications, payment, telephony, and AI infrastructure partners under contracts limiting use.
  • Business customers: for data we process on their behalf.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar event.

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. If we use targeted advertising cookies, see Section 10 for opt-outs.

7. International Transfers

We may transfer data to countries where we or our providers operate. When required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and implement appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Call recordings and transcripts follow your account settings and our customer contracts.

10. Marketing, Emails, and Texts

We may send you product updates and marketing communications based on your preferences. You can opt out by using unsubscribe links in emails or replying STOP to texts. We honor applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and obtain explicit consent where required.

11. Call Recording & AI Interactions

Calls routed through our own business lines or through numbers associated with our customers may be handled by our AI systems. Where required by law, a recording notice will be provided. You may end the call or request alternatives if you do not consent. Recordings and transcripts are used to provide, secure, and improve the Services in accordance with this Policy and applicable contracts.
